Jumpsuits. I love them.
It’s hard to explain why…perhaps it’s the convenience of not having to try and find a top and bottom to go together when getting dressed. Jumpsuits, in a way, feel like a life hack (until I need to run to the bathroom!).
And, in my opinion, they are surprisingly versatile. As well as wearing them solo, I can wear pieces both under and on top of them to create very different looks!
With that in mind, I was delighted to find so many amazing jumpsuits this season from sustainable brands, most using organic cotton, linen or Tencel and crucially, ALL looking beyond stylish.
I’ve pulled my favourites below. Shall we *ahem* jump right in?

PEOPLE TREE * have gone to town when it comes to jumpsuits in their latest Spring/Summer 17 collection. It’s playful – and that means jumpsuits people.
I own this Adelee jumpsuit* and have worn it soooooo much: to host a zero waste event, for a lunch meeting and even to a formal charity fundraising event. Made from 100% organic cotton too.
This Oliana jumpsuit *, also made from organic cotton wins the comfort award! Super soft and ridiculously easy to wear.
A playful grey number that would look perfect strolling through a French farmers market with a straw hat and a pair of leather sandals. The Alana jumpsuit* in organic cotton is très chic, non?
Tencel is a big pat of People Tree’s latest collection after running a really successful Kickstarter campaign. This beautiful Darla Navy Jumpsuit * is a personal fave.
Mara Hoffman has transformed into every sustainable sista’s go-to label when it comes to sexy AF swimwear and delectable dresses. And now she’s nailed the jumpsuit with this oh-so-chic lavender all-in-one , made from organic cotton. This is on my list to wear to a friend’s wedding later this year.
KINGS OF INDIGO
One of the latest labels to join The Acey’s curated collection online, Kings of Indigo make seriously stylish denims using sustainable materials – this one comes in Tencel. I love the utilitarian style!
I’ve had my eye on the Hackney jumpsuit (below) by P.i.C for a while and when they popped up as part of A Luxe Story’s latest collaboration in Chelsea, I couldn’t resist taking her home. The top part can be detached meaning the bottom half can be worn simply as a part of cropped, wide leg trousers which not only makes it super versatile (see, I told you jumpsuits were more wearable than you thought!) but cropped wide leg trousers are tres now. Made from organic cotton.
Everything about this is so cute! The print, the pockets, the cut. Made from Tencel.
For something a little more classic/sporty, this Gia jumpsuit also by Armed Angels is a winner. Loving the slouchy upper with zip detail too.
They’ve only gone and done it again. Each season Reformation manages to up their jumpsuit game, and this is one of my absolute faves to date. Made from surplus linen.
